  • International Shipping

Crawlertec holds multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe, HK & so on. Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse. International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time.

To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your package to your destination, Crawlertec employs the services of major and trusted international carriers.We offer a variety of shipping methods including DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, TNT, EMS etc but not including POST office box or APO. 

All of your order will be shipped within 12-48 hours. Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case you will receive an email with an expected availability date.

  • Shipping Time

Orders will be shipped out within 12-48 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders for the next business day.

But if you have any special demands, please leave us a message and we'll try to ship the order according to your needs. After an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation e-mail is sent out to you with the tracking information.

  • Shipping Cost

We are free shipping to USA, Australia and so on. There is $30 shipping fee to Canada when order price below $200 ($0.00-$199.99), free shipping to Canada when order price over $200 ($200 and up). A purchase order no matter how many goods once only charge shipping at no added weight fee.

  • Shipping Tracking

If a member has successfully ordered Crawlertec goods, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can also go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.

  • Shipping Damage 

All products are carefully packed before shipment and seldom damage occurs.Please take a photo and send it to us within 48 hours after you receive it according to the damage claim procedure. Our service will help you within 24 hours.  

  • Package Returned

As for the return of the parcel, we will not be responsible for the loss caused by the parcel being returned to the place of shipment because you did not receive the parcel in time.  Therefore, in order to facilitate the Courier to contact you, please keep your mobile phone unblocked during this period.
